Many buttons from Game Boy and Game Gear to controllers such as SNES, Xbox and Playstation can suffer from poor button press/responsiveness.
If cleaning the rubber pads, replacing them, or cleaning the console does not improve responsiveness it can be due to the design of the console (such as GBA or Game Gear) simply having poor design or softer buttons.
Simply dropping in the Pro Pad discs in between the rubber and the button greatly improves responsiveness, bound back, side press and feel to all consoles.
Giving Speed Runners the perfect side press and fast return, as well as brining more life back to older consoles, once you try the Pro Pads you will never go back.
Requires a screwdriver to get into your desired console and then simply drop them between the button and rubber.
The Pro Pads work on single buttons such as A, B, X, Y, not D-Pads.
Tested on (but not limited to) the following consoles to greatly improve responsiveness and feel:
- Game Boy (Original, Pocket, Color, Advance, SP)
- Game Gear
- SNES Controller
