The original GBA L and R triggers were very soft, and oddly enough the left trigger was always slightly softer than the right giving an uneven feel.

Due to the age of the console added wear on the triggers now also means most GBA consoles triggers are very poor quality with little responsive feedback.

The RetroSix clicky trigger kit gives you a pair of lightly clicky triggers instead of spongy triggers, to be much more of a modern feel such as that in the GBA SP A and B buttons.
